I cannot say enough good things about All Tails Pet Spa in Jacksonville. My yorkiepoo was severely overdue for a grooming and extremely matted, and he normally struggles and fights during grooming sessions. They handled him with so much patience and professionalism. The transformation was incredible, and I could tell he was treated with care and compassion. If you’re nervous about grooming your pet, this is definitely the place to go!

Our pups recently went for their first time and they looked so cute and our one dog is usually traumatized after his grooming visits but surprisingly he did just fine the few days afterwards.  Would highly recommend this place!

I did joke that getting an appointment felt like trying to get my baby into pre-school, sending an application for approval.  But, I'm thankful for that, truly.  It was a wonderful experience, the customer service, workers were SO kind and sweet to me and my fur nephew!  It was our very first visit and my Cavapoo baby has major anxiety, but the groomer handled him with such care and love and did a perfect job on his mohawk!  I do highly recommend for your puppy grooming needs!  It is now our new groomers for as long as they will keep us. :)

All Tails did a great job on my doodle, Daisy. Her ears were matted from an ear infection and Caitlyn was able to get through them without having to shave her ears. Very pleased with their service.
